A: Both Standard and Premium flowers have the same natural level of spilanthol — the active compound that creates the unique tingling buzz. The difference lies mainly in appearance:

  • Premium flowers 🌼
    Carefully hand-selected for their larger size and vibrant yellow color. Perfect for culinary lovers, mixologists and anyone presenting the flowers directly to guests, where the visual impact matters.
  • Standard flowers 🌿

A: Yes 🌍 We ship from Switzerland to Europe and worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Q: Do you offer tracked shipping?
A: Yes. At checkout, you can choose between standard or tracked delivery. We recommend tracked shipping for international orders.

Q: What if my package gets delayed or lost?
A: If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. For tracked parcels, we will help you trace it. For untracked shipments, we cannot guarantee recovery, but we’ll always do our best to find a solution.

Storage & Shelf Life

Q: How should I store the flowers?
A: Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Each package comes with a resealable eco-friendly paper zip bag, allowing you to conserve the flowers easily after opening. Simply reseal the bag tightly to maintain freshness.

Q: How long do they last?
A: Thanks to a careful 2–3 month natural drying process, our flowers have excellent durability. When stored properly in the provided zip bag, they will retain their full potency for up to 12 months.
